These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of postfix-milter.com ("the Website") and any purchases you make from MSH Software ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website.

Use of the Website​

Permitted use​

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

Purchases and payments​

Pricing​

All prices displayed on the Website are in USD unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment​

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment card details.

License delivery​

Upon successful payment, your license is delivered automatically through our license server. If automatic delivery is not possible due to connectivity issues or other problems, the license will be sent to the email address you provided. Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours in such cases.

Taxes​

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Software licenses​

Purchasing software from the Website grants you a license to use the software as described in the End-User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The software is licensed, not sold.

Refunds​

Our refund policy is described in the Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to that policy.

Intellectual property​

All content on the Website - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software - is the property of MSH Software or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Website without our prior written permission, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of materials as a result of normal browser caching.
  • You may print or download a reasonable number of pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Disclaimer of warranties​

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Website will be available at any particular time or location.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MSH Software and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.

Changes to the Terms​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law​

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MSH Software is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Severability​

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
