Positioning

Define where the signature will be placed in the email when the rule conditions are met.

If you don't want the default positioning (under reply), you can use a fixed string in the email message to place the signature there.

For example, you could put -- SIGNATURE -- string in emails and then select Use fixed string to insert signature option and enter -- SIGNATURE -- in the input field.
