Policy rules

The Policy Rules view shows all rule groups in the application, such as Remove Attachments, Message Quota, or Message Flow Restrictions. Groups work like folders for related rules, making management simple and organized.

Each group can be active or inactive, so users can quickly enable, disable, or edit policies as needed.
