The protection settings for autoresponder rules help ensure that automatic responses are sent only under appropriate conditions, preventing potential misuse or spam.

Autoresponder Rules

Autoreply will be sent to the same recipient no more than [ X ] times per [ Y ]:

  • minute
  • hour
  • day
  • week

So for example you could set up the support rule to send autoreply reminder no more than 1 time per 2 days to the same recipient.
